Commission Information & TOS

By commissioning me you agree to the following terms of service:

• All artworks made are for personal use and non-commercial purposes unless rights are purchased in addition.

• All artworks are not to be used in generative AI systems of any form, nor are they to be used for AI training, datasets, or machine learning purposes.

• Please have a clear idea of the artwork you want done; having references and mood boards prepared in advance is helpful and often speeds up the process.

• Clients are responsible for reviewing sketches and updates prior to final rendering. This is the best time to request revisions. Do not hesitate to mention if there are elements you are unhappy with and other concerns.

• Revisions after the sketch phase is approved are subject to additional fees based on additional time spent

• Deposit of 50% is due prior to sketching and all updates will be heavily watermarked until payment is made in full.

• Deposits are nonrefundable and refunds are not applicable if the client suddenly cancels the commission. I will refund in the event that I am unable to complete the commissioned work.

• Rushed commissions will be charged an additional fee and full payment is required upfront. If I am unable to complete the work in time, the rush fee and 50% of the base price for the commission will be refunded.
